QuitTobacco

The QuitTobacco project is an initiative by the Shashi Udai Foundation aimed at promoting tobacco cessation and reducing tobacco use among individuals.   • Nicotine Replacement Therapy: The project provides nicotine replacement therapy, including gum, patches, and lozenges, to help individuals manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

  • Support Groups: The project offers support groups for individuals who want to quit tobacco. These groups provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences and receive encouragement and support from others who are going through the same journey.

  • Educational Materials: The project provides educational materials on the harmful effects of tobacco and the benefits of quitting. These materials include brochures, pamphlets, and posters that are distributed throughout the community.

  • Awareness Campaigns: The project conducts awareness campaigns to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and the benefits of quitting. These campaigns include public service announcements, billboards, and community events.
